What started as one woman's passion for helping people find the right mortgage has grown into something even better! A family business built on trust, complementary strengths, and a whole lot of heart.

2009

Angie got her start in the mortgage industry working for a bank, discovering a passion for guiding clients through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

2011

Angie obtained her mortgage agent license and stepped into the independent broker world. Bringing the same dedication, but with far more flexibility to truly serve her clients.

2017

Victoria joined the team after earning her own mortgage license. She started as the junior underwriter and admin lead, learning the ropes inside and out, and quickly proving she was a natural.

2017–2020

Mother and daughter discovered something most family business partners never do: they were actually stronger together. They made a pact early on — if working together ever strained their relationship, they'd stop. It never did. Their dynamic only got better.

2021

Victoria became co-owner of The Pettyjohn Team. A natural evolution that made it official. They divided roles to play to their strengths, and haven't looked back since.

Together, they cover every corner of the mortgage process — so nothing slips through the cracks, and you always have someone in your corner.
